All assembly and production takes place at our main facility in the UK, and is conducted by our experienced production team. With a meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to the highest levels of quality control, our production experts are the ideal team to support your next project. Our many years of experience in aerospace manufacturing spans support for airlines, EASA and FAA STC holders, as well as Tier 1 supply to airframers and integrators.

We have built a tried and tested supply chain, working with suppliers who understand the specific requirements necessary for aerospace production. We work flexibly to meet your subcontracting needs, offering comprehensive assembly, acceptance testing, kitting and inspection services.

We also offer conformity services, and where production is in accordance with approved design data, we are authorised to provide EASA Form 1 release certification with parts. We are experienced in conducting a range of conformity techniques, including First Article Inspection (FAI) and statistical sampling per AS and MIL standards.
